I planning to build a system with 4 brushed motors, drivers, micro controller, transmitter and receiver
I search methods to convert the signal in the micro controller that will change the velocity within 1.5 [msec] ~ 2 [msec]

Sorry, I want that the system (The 4 motors) will controlled by a remote control
I want that the micro controller will convert the FM signal from the transmitter to PWM within 2 [msec]
