Hi all,

Here is my issue. We have a GPS vehicle tracker system, with which vehicle's fuel sensors connected to check the fuel level. When the vehicle in running condition, FUEL SLOSHING causes wrong reading. Any solution is appreciated to arrest the fuel sloshing. We are using both resistive as well as capacitive fuel sensors.

Kindly help.

Everything is working as it should; the fuel level at the sensor is changing, and it is being reported as such. You are NOT getting a 'wrong reading', you are getting a very accurate reading. You either need to filter your data, or stop the fuel from sloshing.

Try putting baffles in your fuel tank. Or drive on better roads. Avoid quick starts and stops. Using thicker fuel.
