i think that u should bias the CP with just DC with no i/p signal and then do stb analysis ,but i am not sure of this cause CP should be in switching , so maybe u can try in all cases with UP high then with DOWN high then with both low and with both high , it shouldnt be hard but i think time consuming.
i think just to be sure try putting a pulse on the supply and then see if it oscillates or not.
