How to combine all matlab function codes and run it?

how to combine function in matlab

When I download matlab program on internet e.g. MIMO, some of them contains many files. I really have no idea how to run the whole program.

Is it supposed to be 1 main file and this main file code will call other functions to use?
Can anyone explain to me or give me some example. Thank you.

Just move the files into the 'work' folder..everything should be okie.
