How to check that a transistor(cmos) connected in circuit is in saturated mode?

how can you assure that a transistor(cmos) connected in circuit is in saturated mode!!!!!
 

Saturation checkup

Vgs>Vth
Vds>Vdsat

and you also can check it by spectre after DC analysis
