Greetings to everyone...
Here i need help for checking max3232 ic... pin to pin voltage details i need..i know basic testing method to fetch whether its wrking or not.. by means of short circuiting the rx ang tx pin in ttl level and giving datas in db9... but my question is if we check working ic na what woulb be the voltage at all pins..
