How to change the Layer Medium name in Altium?

I think the title says it all...I know how to change a layer name...but how do I change it's medium and short names?

Can you please explain your problem in little detail

There are 3 modes off layer naming Short, Medium and Long. These names are shown in the lower tabs...a Long name is "Top Layer" the short is "TL" and the Medium is "Top". I know how to change a layer name by going into the layer manager (L key) and clicking twice in a layer name and editing it, but this is only taking a effect if Long names are selected. My question is how to change the names for Medium and short as well.

Design,Layer Stack Manager. Double click layer name.
