How to calculate Rise and Fall time in ADS?

Hi,

I need your help for calculating Rise Time and Fall Time in ADS. I know the theoretical definition of RT and FT but I don't know how to extract the values of RT and FT from a figure. Imean, Is there any trick to get these values?
