How to do decide about the parameters of motors and frames size.
My requirement is
Autonomous flight on receving the GPS coordinates where to go
Survillence, video the particular area and save it in memory card.
able to fly for few hours continously

is it good to have seperate controller for BLC or can have same main contoller to process all things in the copter. I think it is good to have seperate BLC so main cpu will be offloaded.

What you've specified is a full blown unmanned drone, the us spend millions on building such things.
You might want to start on something a little simpler, unless you have a big budget.
