How to build quadrocoptor

Hi,

I want to build Quadrocoptor. I have done basic googleing and identified blocks required to build

  • Frames
  • Brushless motors
  • propellers
  • Battery
  • Motor controller
  • GPS
  • RF unit / GSM modem
  • Camera
  • Memory card
  • Sensors

How to do decide about the parameters of motors and frames size.

My requirement is
  • Autonomous flight on receving the GPS coordinates where to go
  • Survillence, video the particular area and save it in memory card.
  • able to fly for few hours continously

Can any one suggest values for motor requirements. any formula is there to calculate the motor requirements
Battery requirements.
is it good to have seperate controller for BLC or can have same main contoller to process all things in the copter. I think it is good to have seperate BLC so main cpu will be offloaded.
how is camera and microcontroller interface.

What you've specified is a full blown unmanned drone, the us spend millions on building such things.
You might want to start on something a little simpler, unless you have a big budget.

Is there any any way to select motor requirements?
propeller length?

I hope we can't buy any available motor, propeller or controllers. then we need to lot of calibration work for it.
