How to build models in PSPICE?

Hi,
Do you know any paper describing basics of buildng model for elements in PSpice. For example I'd like to add input resistance of AND gate and did not find way to do it. Please recommend.

Add parts as you like to the spice models, mark the whole circuit and use "symbolize" from the file menu. So you can create your own model.
