Hi,

I am getting output dir as VDD_25C_avg_1. Inside this directory I find result. If i open the result file name, it displayed as

Results for ir (limit filters):
===============================

*
* Data filtering results for IR drop:
* Overall data minimum: 1.29617V
* Overall data average: 1.3069V
* Overall data maximum: 1.32V
*
* Filter 1: 313126 of 313126 data values fell into this filter.
* filtered data range: 1.29617V - 1.32V
* filtered data average: 1.3069V
* 37297 values were in range 1: 1.29617V - 1.3V
* 41792 values were in range 2: 1.3V - 1.30167V
* 44736 values were in range 3: 1.30167V - 1.30333V
* 29660 values were in range 4: 1.30333V - 1.305V
* 22876 values were in range 5: 1.305V - 1.30667V
* 18657 values were in range 6: 1.30667V - 1.30833V
* 16857 values were in range 7: 1.30833V - 1.31V
* 101251 values were in range 8: 1.31V - 1.32V

======> FAILED ! (unconnected section(s) with 1482 nodes)
(see grid_unconnected.gif)

I dont know how to analyze these reorts?

This is the report for IR drop? How to reduce the limit.
I find one more file in output dir, i,e VDD_filter? we can change the value here?

Thanks

Voltage Storm

voltage storm reports the ir drop at all nodes in ur design
This log tells you that those many nodes are falling with in that range.
You can always cahnge the threshold and look how the power grid changes its colors.
