how to add toolbox in simulink

To install add the directory SDtoolbox and all its subdirectories to the MATLAB Path.

Type "SDtoolbox" to start.
 
would you please be more precise with that
whre to type " SDtoolbox "
and how to start using the blocks of delsig in the matlab. simulink
