how to add jumper using allegro 16.3?

Is there any way to add a jumper by, right click->add jumper for any single side board with different distance.

Hi tade,
for single side board you need to use via only.take trace in bottom side in both side after that bring it in top side and connect it with other side.
Note:for top routing no need to send to fabrication instant of top trace you need to mention that connection in silkscreen (for assembly time wire will solder between the via in top or bottom side)
