How to activate the video camera of Motorola L6 phone using AT commands?

I;m kind of new here, just want to ask you guys if it is possible to activate the video camera of a hand phone (eg. record a video) using AT-commands

My mobile phone model is a Motorola L6

Check you phone is supporting JAVA programming ?

If it is go to motorola site and download developmwnt enviroment and SDK

Develop what ever you like for your phone
