how to 4 layer autoroute in ARES ?

hello forum,

I have anabled inner layer 1 , inner layer 2 , bottom and top layers

I have assigned inner layer 1 GND plane generator

then I autoroute

however it autoroutes only GND plane , bottom and top layers
doesnot route anything to inner layer 2

how can I autoroute all the 4 layers ?
