NBTI on pmos

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how the effect of NBTI degrades Vt in a pmos transistor?

Is this effect greatest the first few days/minutes, or will it degrade the transistor even more over the years?

I have tried to simulate this in ELDO, but I don't know if the simulation is correct.... Vt of my transistors change only the first year in the circuits lifetime.. ;) Then it stays constant for the rest of the simulation.
