How S Matrix is converted to Z Matrix in CST MW Studio

In CST MW Studio how Z-Matrix is calculated using an S Parameter calculation option. Please explain how its calculated. I have tried to calculate Z matrix from S parameter using formulas available in Microwave Engg-Pozer book. But i could not get correct result.
