How many transistors can work in a goog way at 1GHz?

transistor works at 1GHz

hi all
any one know the Number of transistor that can work in a goog way at 1 GHz
if there is transistors works at higher values of frequances it will be prefered

ceaser, but you did not mention that you need them in Cairo .))

Did you try to internet order via Digikey or any other ?
Or have you tried arrow.com? The have representative in Egypt. If you work for el company you can ask them for samples.

i logged on www.arrow.com and i can't find the transistors in the product section
if you can tell me how can i find this you will help me(+3 points ):D:D:D

I like joikes as well, just i was disappointed that i could cost only 3 points. But that kind of negative feedback eliminate selfoscillation , and not only in circuits.))
