How does this current integrator work?

I was wondering if any one knows how this circuit works. It is supposed to integrate incoming current. THANKS.

The switch is controlled by a clock signal. The ouput voltages are taken from the capacitors before reset. Well at least this what someone told me. THANKS for any help.
