analog video equalizer

Hi,all
I will design a equalizer to compensate the composite video signal(cvbs) loss or distortion transmited through a long twisted-pair ,but I know little about it and the requirement of video system.
Can you Master help me?Giving me some piece of advice or recommending some reference would be greatly appreciated!
