How do we calibrate ad7738 adc?

Calibrating ad7738

u have to take some measurement in that for different values maintained at constant input with those u have to calculate the error in that . finally u have to load the offset value which will correct the register for correct measurement.

For example -- adc count value shows the 0x7FFF for a input of 50V. But the actual expected value is 0x8013;

u have to load those differnece value fore calculation the voltage to display at output.
