i want circuit zero crossing but Rise edge and Fall edge from picture this concept for input interrupt of controller and i delay time with zero crossing of sine wave

For you analog input you need to take the AC signal from the secondary of a low voltage transformer for safety.

Then amplify the AC so that the rate of change of the voltage at the zero crossing is fast. This will reduce jitter effects.
You will also need to add back to back diodes across the amplifier input to avoid saturation of the amplifier, the output will then be a rectangular waveform as drawn, but the rise and fall times will be related to the input waveform shape, not fast edges.
You can then add a schmitt trigger circuit to share off the waveform which will also match the signal levels required at the uC.
If you do require the time offset on the switching axis shifted from the input zero cross over, then do this in software.
