How delta to y and y to delta are electronic equivalent?

Hi,
I want to ask that how delta to wye and wye to delta are electronic equivalent.
 

Delta-Why conversion

delta wye of what, loads? if you connect delta to wye then you need power source multiplied by square root of three of the original source
