HOW Data send from modem to modem using GPRS

HI ALL

i am using wavecom q24pl002 modems and vodafone sims, my application needs sending the Text Data from one modem to another modem by using the GPRS communication..
i am activate the GPRS in both sims ,but not able to find the way how to send data through GPRS...

Can anybody help me how to send data through GPRS please..
