hello everyone here

I wanna send a sms from computers to mobiles using the internet

what do I need to implement this idea ??

and which language can I programme it ???

Using internet means u need to register in indyarocks or way2sms services.

Or

Using GSM Modem(Nothing but ur Cellphone) connecting to PC also u can send ur msgs.
