I believe that these Laser LEDs have built in Lenses and are highly directional. May not need any further coherence arrangements.

Thank for the reply and sugession. But i am using these LED's for emergency Light. Using a relector will converge the light emission which is not required. The main intention is to get more light in all directions with minimum consumption, using a 6 volt 4.5ah SMF battery.
Also thanks every one who has replied to the post till date. 3 freinds are thanked with pressing the "hepled me" More schematics and ideas are most welcome in this regard coz i am still experimenting to get high efficiency with good light.
