how can i map the ports in mbist

i have the port b_reset
when i insert mbist , it can generate a port named bist_reset
i wanna use the port b_reset for bist_reset
how can i do?
set_dft_signal -view existing_dft -type Reset -port b_reset
only do this is not enough
what other commond needed?
