how can i input image to nntool in matlab

problem input image to nntool in matlab

I need to input some image to nntool(matlab)
i have read the image into matrix (375*290p)
so when i need to create the neural netwrks in nntool
he ask me to define data vector
the problem is :
i can import the data of image from work space ;i think it to large
any help ?
