how can i include the model files of umc130 into ads

Hi there:
I have the model files of umc 130, which includes L130E_HS12_V241.lib.net, and L130E_HS12_V241.mdl.net, but i do not have the design kit, i want to know how to import it into ads, directly import does not work, are there any other ways? Thank you very much!
