how can i get my memory card password back

I set a password for my micro sd card years ago .i didn't remember my password any more .my mem card is locked.my mem card is detected on only nokia mobile phones.can i get my mem card pass word or can i unlock it by any means? although this is not website to ask such question for this kind of stuff i kinda curious about.

i assume u need a data from ur memcard
use recovery software to get ur data back
or if just password, format using memcard format like included on Hirens

It cant be formated .it asks for password went trying to format it
