my project is to use a .13um cmos digital process,but I don't know how to draw a finger capactance to replace mimcap.thanks.

Using the same metal level capacitor like the finger MOS figure,and four or five level metal level together .

for the capacitor model, the first method, read the process files and calculate by hand the unit capacitance based on Cox=Epsilon/tox; the second method, layout a finger capacitor and extract the RC parasitic using the verification tool. of course, these are only approximate results
