How can I design this unity gain buffer?

Hi everyone:
I am designing a 4-bit SAR ADC, the input is a voltage ranging from 0 to 2.4 (Vcc=3.3, Vss=0), which structure should I choose? I can't find a way to swing the output to 0 with less THD.
