How can i construct PCB after desigining?

can anyone say the procedure for creating the circuit board by ourself?

Just crate the PCB layout using software like Proteus PCB123 etc
and tale the print on a magazine paper.
and stick the paper on the PCB .
then press by using iron-box a
after put it in to the water finally put it into ferric chloride
this is only the step
you search the Home made PCB on you-tube ,or related video you get the tutorial video
 

What do you by means by "creating" ?
If refers to design there are a lot of programs ( Kicad / Protel / PADS ) to perfor that.
However if the question is to build the board there are some steps to perform cuper corrosion beyond circuit mask.

Must specify more...
