How CAN controller receive or identify or suitable Message to me or device , I mean any software or hardware is using in CAN controller?

It depends on the used CAN controller.
--> read the CAN controller manual.
--> go to the CAN controller manufacturer´s internet site to find software.

You would know if you read the datasheet, particularly the chapter about acceptance filters.

You define which CAN IDs have to be received by the controller.
