how buffer removes distortion in feedback opamp circuits?

It's not clear, if you're talking about design of opamps or designing with opamps. The answer may be different. Generally a buffer can reduce the influence of load impedance by isolating it from a high impedance node. This implies changes in circuit gain (small signal) and large signal behaviour. But a buffer also may introduce additional distortions and other issues.

i was taking about designing with opamp

If you have a circuit example, we can discuss if and why a buffer reduces distortion in this case.

r u talking about inserting opamp as voltage follower n blocks of circuit to solve it with simplicity
