how we manage to fabricate billions of components without short coupling each other?
and what is 90 nm?

nm is nano-meters or 10e-9 meter. This is shorter than a wavelength of light and so UV and x-ray photons are used.

With this small dimension the transistors and resistors are this small and so a lot of them can go on a 5 cm square piece of silicon.
