How about such a job position in Synopsys

The technical support and training position in Synopsys?
I am Chinese and next April I will graduate with master's degree.
I received a call from Synopsys in Shanghai that I will get an offer as the job position of technical support and training.
Can anyone discuss about the question and give me some advices?

Hi malfunction
I think this position need both learning and communication skills,its duty maybe include which from teaching the customer of your company how to use the tools to solving the problem they meet.
if you are interesting in challenge,it is a good job ,for you will never know what you will meet at the day after tomorrow.
