Why do you lately post all sort of strange (out-of-context) questions in different topics?
Just to gain some points?

By definition

compiler: host and target are the same architecure/machine/cpu

cross-compiler: target is different from host where source-code is compiled...
 

please search this book. It teach in hitech lite compiler.

I only have hard copy. U can try search at some where else.
