Hi,
Does any body know diode with working reverse voltage 5KV and with reverse recovery time not more than 70ns

I doubt that you'll find diodes in this speed class with Vrm above 1.2 kV, so you'll end up with a series circuit. A current rating should be mentioned too.
 

may be something like 2cl7?

or sf18 in series
