Hi

I need to design a circuit to convert a 0v-0.9v square like signal to 0.9v-1.8v square like signal in 600MHz and low power. Since I am using 65nm technology, so it is 1.2V device, any other 1.8V device is pretty slow.

Anyone have good idea on this topic??

600MHz for 0.18um technology is quite low. Proper size optimization of standard level conversion solutions lets give you more than 1GHz, depending from load capacitance of course.
