Hi All,
I am a newbie in analog circuit design.
The thing is that I am responsible for designing a high speed 4-input analog multiplexer ( which is also called as 4-input switch). However, I could not find any basic paper about it.
Could you please recommend me some basic papers about high speed analog multiplexer?
Actually, I tried with IEEE explored but failed to find.
Thank you very much.

Some people consider 1 MHz as high speed, others 10 GHz. The difference actually matters in circuit design.
Also signal level, source impedance, distortion and crosstalk requirements.

The switch that I have to design works with 4GHz clock.
Could you please recommend some basic documents about it?
Thanks very much

Do you mean 4 GHz signal or 4 GHz switching speed?

Personally, I don't know literature, the topic is too far from my work.

HEF4053B just check out the data sheet of MUX.. and are you using a binary switch ?
