High side driver. No high voltage.

No problem. Other than shown in the post #1 and post #15 schematic, H-bridge and gate driver must be supplied by seperate voltage sources. The gate driver ICs are prepared for this operation.

Please notice that supplying the driver IC with 24V as shown in post #15 will damage the FETs and possibly the driver IC. 12 to 15V is just fine.
 

I will get a lower voltage for the IR25601 and gates as well.
