High power smd led pad design and routing

Have you something called "route offset" (or similar) in the settings?

If not then add some copper to the pad so that the route comes into that, stopping before the pad perhaps?

I tried adding copper to the pads but it takes lots of times. I use 48, 75, maybe much more LEDs on pcb. Is there "route offset" (or similar) setting in Altium?

If that is the case, you can use solid region or fill instead of track.
