Hello Everyone;
I want to design high IP3 & IP2 amplifier in UHF band. Please help me (any suggestion, advice, article, paper, book).

frist u need to get a transistor , with high IP3 , even higher than ur spec's , and then begin design the amplifier , but u will sacrifice the gain to get the linearity even u can use some sort of dgenration to get the device more linearized

Can you explain more? What is the meaning of dgenration?

high ip2 transistor

the degenartion is to use a inductor series with the source or the emitter so this will reduce the gain , and hence u can have more linearity
