High current rating IGBTs

I am looking for a high current rating IGBT specifically high 'Maximum pulsed collector current'. It should be in order of 5kA. Are there IGBTs capable of carrying this high pulsed currents? Could anybody name few products which are suitable for this rating.

To complete the specification, we have to ask for pulse duration, pulse rate, acceptable Vce,sat. In any case you are asking about large multi-chip modules.

The largest standard modules I know are 1400A/1200V modules from Infineon, specified periodical pulse current 2800A/1ms.
