Hello people. I designed and built a full bridge 2kw SMPS. the power supply works fine. The power supply is basic. I almost don't have voltage spikes on primary terminals of the transformer. Anyway, trying to bring to full power, I burned a couple of mosfets (I used IRFP460). Next time, with new mosfets, testing again, I notice that the primary current was excesives at the turn-on (current spikes), very short - about 50ns - . I guess mosfets are burning for that. Today I will continue with the tests to find the cause. Any clue? Thks!!
