hierarchy flattening error in cadence virtuoso - spectre simulation

Hello everyone!

I am trying to simulate a simple circuit in virtuoso using Spectre. The tecnhology is IBM CMOS 8 RF (I also tried to use IBM 7 RF and got the same error), and the following errors appear. Any Ideas on what is going on an how to fix? I will really appreciate any help.

... the following errors appear. Any Ideas on what is going on an how to fix?

I guess the pfet33.scs file contains an include file reference, and this file cannot be found (= is not in the simulator search path).
If you can find it, a work around could be to insert this file (with its full path name) into SPECTRE's Model Library Setup :

Why don't you grep around in the PDK until you find these
keywords, and then make sure the files they are found in,
are in the include-chain?
