Hi where can I buy an oscilloscope?

Hello guys, I live in Australia, I'm currently doing a project that requires an oscilloscope. can anyone tell me from where can I buy one (at least 100 MHZ) in a good price? Well I found some in ebay. but they are Made in China. are they good gor working? thank u for reading.

That scope can only accept signal just on few KHz!!! Its very low, that put this into toy category.
