HFSS S-parameters convertion - properties extraction

Good day everyone, I have the data of S-parameters of a material obtained experimentally with a VNA, is there any way to extract the permeability and permittivity from such graphs? or capacitance and inductance or any property of the material?

I read somewhere that its posible to create "output variables" to extract some properties but I haven’t found any manual about it.
